a week from right now ...

my family will be tucking folds and folds of creamy silk dress that are bustled on my sister into our car as we scurry to the church for the wedding.

I can't believe it's only in one more week! It's been a sharp mixture of "lasts" and "firsts," of nostalgia and imagining futures --- but for now, for now it's excitement. The Bachlorette Party ripples through downtown Champaign tonight : )
